Hybrid Training aims to provide a well-rounded fitness program that addresses multiple aspects of physical health. It invloves incorporating elements of strength training, endurance, flexibility and mobility.

Tuesday & Thursday 10 AM

Group fitness setting with workouts promoting functional mobility and strength. Improve balance and joint stability with modified exercises taught by our instructor, Linda Himes.

Group fitness setting with workouts orchestrated by our certified personal trainer, Kaley Christian. Age-appropriate resistance and cardio movements utilized to enhance strength, stability, and injury prevention.

Chad has a vast knowledge of the game of fastpitch, especially for pitching. Chad mentors players from beginning level through high school. Chad is also available for instruction on hitting and overall softball skills.
