GROUP FITNESS
Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered. We offer individual trainers and group sessions. You don’t have to be a professional athlete or fitness fanatic to enjoy and benefit from one of our programs. Our client base includes people with a wide range of goals at every stage of their life, so our staff knows how to work with you to create the best exercise plan.
STRIVE
HIIT (high intensity interval training) is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. This program takes advantage of the body’s natural movements while using both cardio and resistance components.

Group fitness setting with workouts promoting functional mobility and strength. Improve balance and joint stability with modified exercises taught by our instructor, Linda Himes.

Tuesday & Thursday 3:30 PM
Group fitness setting with workouts orchestrated by our certified personal trainer, Kaley Christian. Age-appropriate resistance and cardio movements utilized to enhance strength, stability, and injury prevention.

Chad has a vast knowledge of the game of fastpitch, especially for pitching. Chad mentors players from beginning level through high school. Chad is also available for instruction on hitting and overall softball skills.

Tom's unique knowledge of bunting, slapping, and power hitting has made him one of the most sought after hitting instructors in Central Illinois. With over 20 years of coaching experience, Tom specializes in hitting mechanics from beginners to veteran players.

TRAINER
KALEY CHRISTIAN
Kaley, a 2015 Central A&M graduate, was a 3-sport athlete in high school. She played volleyball at Lincoln Land Community College, competing in two National Championships.
She then transferred to Millikin University where she pursued a career in Health, Fitness, and Recreation with a minor in Nutrition. She received her personal training certificate through the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
Kaley is passionate about what she does and eager to serve her community.
